The Silla Table Dinner
A hosted seasonal dinner that cooks the logic of the Silla court — season, preservation, and play — into a meal you actually want to eat.
By The Silla Table
This is the experience the whole brand is named for. A table, set personally, where the food carries the story.
The menu is a season
There is no fixed card. We cook what Gyeongju is growing and curing right now, arranged as a series of small courses. Each one comes with the two-minute story of why a Silla kitchen would recognise it — the fermented depth, the East Sea catch, the honeyed grain sweet to close.
Hosted, not served
I sit with the table. Between courses we talk — about the dishes, about the city, about whatever the evening becomes. This is dinner as hospitality, not as transaction.
